The law office of Joel A. Gordon & Associates primarily handles personal injury claims. Many of the claims involve auto accidents, 18 wheeler's, and victims of drunk drivers. However, on occasion the law firm will also handle legal matters involving business disputes. Moreover, the firm always offers free consultations.
All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means that the legal fees are based upon a percentage of the recovery obtained for our clients. If there is no recovery, there are no attorney's fees or legal expenses.
